If there is an issue with your order, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us for support.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you.

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item (including the area of concern)

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or refund.

We do not require customers to return defective or damaged items.

Because every item is printed on demand, we do not accept physical returns for:

  • Wrong size

  • Changed mind

However, we still want to treat customers well.

Instead of requiring items to be shipped back, we offer:

You may keep or donate the original item โ€” no return shipping required.

Due to the personalized, print-on-demand nature of our products, the following items are final sale:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale or clearance items

Because we do not manage physical returns, exchanges work this way:

EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period for eligible orders.
Items must be unused and in original condition.
