At The Happy Day Shop, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and with a little extra happiness along the way. Below you’ll find all the details on processing, shipping, and delivery.

🕒 Order Processing Times

Most orders are processed within:

  • 2–5 business days for production

  • This does not include weekends or holidays

  • Orders may take slightly longer during high-volume seasons (holidays, special sales, etc.)

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking confirmation email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

🚚 Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times after your order has been processed:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • International Shipping: Varies by destination (usually 7–21 business days)

Please remember these are estimated timeframes, and carrier delays can occasionally occur.

💳 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Total weight of items

  • Carrier rates

We also offer Free Shipping on orders $50+ (U.S. only).

📍 Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • We will contact you to arrange reshipment

  • Additional shipping charges may apply

📬 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with:

  • A tracking number

  • A direct link to track your package

  • Carrier information

If your tracking hasn't updated within a reasonable timeframe, please reach out to us.

🛑 Lost, Missing, or Delayed Packages

If your order appears lost or hasn’t arrived:

  1. Please allow 48 hours after the expected delivery date

  2. Check with neighbors or your local post office

  3. Contact us with your order number at contact@thehappydayshop.com

We’ll assist you right away.

🗺️ International Orders

International buyers are responsible for:

  • Any customs fees

  • Duties

  • Import taxes

These are not included in item prices or shipping costs.

Customs delays can also extend delivery times.
